Availability checks before dispatch
Payment is taken when you order. Supplier availability is not yet confirmed. We will check availability and confirm fulfilment within 72 hours of your order. If we cannot confirm fulfilment within that time, we will cancel your order and initiate a full refund, including delivery charges. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
If confirmed, delivery will be within 30 calendar days of your order. Please do not order for a fixed event date. You may cancel before dispatch and your statutory cancellation rights remain unchanged.
Delivery area and charge
We accept orders to UK addresses available at checkout. General catalogue delivery costs £4.99 per order. For the AW homeware range (Hemu Wood Soap Dish, Natural Teakwood Soap Dispenser and White Ceramic Glazed Mango Wood Storage Box), standard parcel delivery is £4.99 and larger-parcel delivery is £17.99. The available service and charge are shown before payment.
If your basket combines products from separate fulfilment profiles, their delivery charges may be combined. Check the full delivery total at checkout before paying. We do not offer express or international delivery.
Any extra supplier delivery cost is our responsibility; we will not charge you an additional amount after payment without your agreement. If we cannot arrange fulfilment, we will cancel and initiate the full refund described above.
After confirmation
We will email you when fulfilment is confirmed and when your goods are dispatched. Goods may be sent directly by a fulfilment partner. We remain responsible as the seller. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details will be provided where supported by the chosen postal service.
Delivery problems
If an order is late, missing, damaged or incomplete, email opshub.shop@gmail.com with your order number. You do not need to resolve a problem with our supplier yourself. We remain responsible until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession, subject to any statutory exception for a carrier independently arranged by you.
