Measure your dismantled tree and check all bag dimensions before ordering. Fit for every 9 ft tree is not guaranteed.
Availability and delivery — please read before ordering
Payment is taken when you order. Supplier availability is not yet confirmed. We will check availability and confirm fulfilment within 72 hours of your order. If we cannot confirm fulfilment within that time, we will cancel your order and initiate a full refund, including delivery charges. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
If confirmed, delivery will be within 30 calendar days of your order. Please do not order for a fixed event date. You may cancel before dispatch and your statutory cancellation rights remain unchanged.
